 Absolutely. Every Imperia timepiece comes backed by a comprehensive international manufacturer’s warranty covering any mechanical or manufacturing defects. Full warranty terms and duration details will be prominently displayed in the specifications section of our upcoming campaign. 

 Kickstarter operates on an "All-or-Nothing" funding model. You will not be charged anything when you register on this page, nor will you be charged immediately when you back the campaign on launch day. Your payment method will only be processed if, and only if, the campaign fully reaches its funding goal by the time our Kickstarter campaign deadline officially ends.

Yes. Your €150 placement is held securely under full escrow compliance. It is 100% fully refundable at any point prior to the final production manifest lock and applies as a direct financial credit toward the checkout balance of your selected watch configuration.

Yes, strictly. A Tourbillon is one of the highest complications in watchmaking, requiring hundreds of microscopic components to be flawlessly calibrated by hand to defy the effects of gravity on timekeeping. Due to the intense labor and time required in our Solingen facility, we can only allocate 8 Tourbillon units for this Kickstarter run. 

 It is a secure, official allocation system designed to protect final engineering tolerances and structural margins. Securing a Reservation Seat guarantees your direct placement on our Master Production Manifest, completely bypassing the public waiting lists for upcoming allocations.
