 Yes, we ship worldwide! All Imperia timepieces are securely packaged and dispatched using premium, trackable courier services. Shipping rates, estimated customs duties, and local taxes will be clearly outlined by region on the official Kickstarter project page before you lock in your pledge. 

 Absolutely. Every Imperia timepiece comes backed by a comprehensive international manufacturer’s warranty covering any mechanical or manufacturing defects. Full warranty terms and duration details will be prominently displayed in the specifications section of our upcoming campaign. 

 Kickstarter operates on an "All-or-Nothing" funding model. You will not be charged anything when you register on this page, nor will you be charged immediately when you back the campaign on launch day. Your payment method will only be processed if, and only if, the campaign fully reaches its funding goal by the time our Kickstarter campaign deadline officially ends. 

A smartwatch is an expense; the Imperia Anteo is an asset. Yes, strictly. A Tourbillon is one of the highest complications in watchmaking, requiring hundreds of microscopic components to be flawlessly calibrated by hand to defy the effects of gravity on timekeeping. Due to the intense labor and time required in our Solingen facility, we can only allocate 8 Tourbillon units for this Kickstarter run.
